- Oversees the day-to-day operation of the office ensuring that the office is administered in an effective and efficient manner      with fiscal control.
- Provides information and ongoing support to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors on external and internal      policy matters.
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision and evaluation of all staff.
- Oversees the day-to-day finances and accountable for proper record keeping and financial controls.
- Authorizes and controls all office expenses.
- Assists in the development and refinement of internal administrative policies, practices and programs as well as the      short- and long-term planning and management system.
- Works with the Marketing Chairman to review all negotiated contracts and execution of same.
- Approves all Section skater sanctions.

Club Management
- To communicate with and provide information and guidance to clubs and individual members within the Section.
- To ensure the implementation and delivery of Skate Canada and COS programs and services by COS member clubs in   consultation with the COS Board of Directors and respective committees.
- To investigate and to advise clubs on club problems and membership matters.
- To investigate and advise clubs on club problems and membership matters in cooperation with the COS Board of Directors   and its respective committees.
- Provide marketing assistance to our member clubs.
Technical Management
- Supervise Skating Programs Coordinator.
- To provide technical and administrative support with the Policy of the COS Board of Directors and its respective   committees.
- Develop and manage all aspects of the skater development program.
- Monitor and regulate revenues and expenses relating to COS skating programs
- Administer the dissemination of all relevant technical information to coaches, clubs and various stakeholders.
- Work with the Event Coordinator to verify and confirm competition coaching accreditation.
- Negotiate contracts with seminar conductors.
Office Management
- To supervise the COS office staff and oversee the operation of the COS office in the absence of the Executive Director.
- To assist the Executive Director with various administrative matters as assigned.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Skate Canada-Central Ontario and working with the competitions team, primary role is to provide operational and logistical support on all COS marketing, new media and events initiatives, in accordance with policy and strategic directions set by the Board of Directors.
Primary Roles:
Orchestrate, administer, and efficiently manage all:
• Operational and logistical aspects of the COS’ event initiatives, as directed by the Executive Director and Competitions Director.
• COS new media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, live event streaming and website maintenance.
• Operational and logistical aspects of the COS’ marketing initiatives, as directed by the Executive Director including sponsor/vendor acquisition and retention.
• Maintain day-to-day responsibility for the timely and effective implementation of Board approved policy and direction related to event management

- Provides administrative support and assistance to the Manager, Programs and Services.
- Administer and manage all aspects of the skater development program.

- Oversee the administration of the NCCP, Coaches Apprenticeship, Coaches Photo ID and recreational programs.
- Maintain a database for Talent ID and Coaches Development Programs.
- Administer the dissemination of all relevant technical information to coaches.
- Work with the Event Coordinator to verify and confirm competition coaching accreditation.
- Involved in the execution of the following programs: *NCCP * Coaches Photo ID program * Coaches Enrichment seminars

- Operates the Judges Bureau including scheduling and organizing test days including preparing, distributing, monitoring
  and enforcing Test Day Guidelines.
- Assists Test Chairman with scheduling conflicts.
- Administers all invoicing for Judges Bureau.
- Prepares, distributes, monitors and enforces Test Day Guidelines.
- Distributes test day information to all clubs and judges/officials and communicates monthly status updates to clubs and   judges/officials on any scheduling changes.
