2001 Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to the Skate Canada - Central Ontario office on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Central Ontario office staff, Committee Chairmen, volunteers, clubs, members and external stakeholders. Specific duties include responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries, maintaining office supplies and equipment, disseminating organizational mailings and promoting a positive COS image with various target markets. Qualifications include excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously and computer literacy, particularly Windows 2000, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in the volunteer and non profit sectors is preferred as is a knowledge of figure skating. Candidates are invited to forward their resume in confidence to the attention of: G.B.
