COS hosts the 1999 North American Challenge and the 2000 Ontario Interclub Championship.


COS undertakes a major undertaking with the reorganization of the COS office staff.  Patti White is named Event Coordinator and Gary Oswald is appointed Executive Director.  Other hirings include Nicole Wilkie as Judge Bureau Coordinator and Irma Orzeck as Event Registrar.


The Figure Skating Boutique, under the direction of Laura and Mark Hallis are named as the official boutique of Skate Canada—Central Ontario.

COS announces a standardization of schedules and competition events for the 2000 season.


IceCalc is implemented at COS events.


Skaters enjoy a 92 per cent success rate at COS test days.


COS clubs undergo Skate Canada club consultations in Year 1 of this program.  A total of 22 clubs were visited.


COS skaters capture nine Eastern Divisional Championships medals, 11 Trillium Synchronized Skating Championship medals, four Ontario Winter Games medals and 11 Ontario Special Olympics National Games medals
