ALIGNING COACH TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS WITH LTAD!

The future of the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) in our sport is shaping up to be exciting and in direct alignment with Skate Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. The Coaching Development Committee recently approved a new NCCP model that will train and certify coaches in contexts specific to the level of athletes they want to work with.
